• Account information — when you sign in with Google, email, or as an anonymous device user, we store an identifier and basic profile data needed to operate your account.
• Content you provide — photos, prompts, and other inputs you submit to generate images or videos. These are processed to deliver the requested AI output.
• Purchase information — in-app purchases are processed by the App Store or Google Play. We receive a transaction confirmation but never your full payment card details.
• Usage & device data — app interactions, crash logs, device model, OS version, and advertising identifiers used for analytics and stability.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To generate the images and videos you request.
• To maintain your account, credits, and purchase history.
• To improve app performance, fix crashes, and prevent abuse.
• To deliver relevant advertising and measure its effectiveness.
• To send notifications you have opted into.

3. Uploaded Photos & Generated Content

Photos you upload are used solely to produce your requested output. We do not sell your photos. Generated content may be stored to provide your creation history and to operate the service. You can delete your creations from within the app.

4. Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party providers, including:

• Google Firebase (authentication, analytics, crash reporting, messaging, remote config)
• Google AdMob and related advertising partners
• Apple App Store / Google Play (in-app purchases)
• Facebook and Adjust (analytics & attribution)

Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy.

5. Advertising & Tracking

On iOS we request your permission through App Tracking Transparency before using your advertising identifier. You can change this anytime in your device settings.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

7. Children's Privacy

Memory Revive is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your region). We do not knowingly collect data from children.
